Automation
Everything Kapda Stock does on a schedule — the udhaar recovery ladder and daily WhatsApp summary you switch on, plus the alerts, closings and backups that always run.
Some automations you switch on in Settings → 🤖 Automation; others run for every business automatically. All run on Indian Standard Time.
Switch on in Settings (Owner or Admin)#

The daily summary#
When switched on, the owner's registered number receives:

⚠️ Low stock: N itemsIt is sent from your business's WhatsApp connection, so the 24-hour rule applies — the owner should message the shop's WhatsApp number regularly to keep receiving it.
