AI Calls (/app/ai-calls) — Automated voice reminders for udhaar recovery. Connect your Retell account, test it, and edit what the agent says.
Viewing needs the Manager role or above; changing the connection needs Admin.
How calls are used#
The udhaar recovery ladder places an AI call to customers whose oldest unpaid credit is 30+ days old. The agent speaks your Payment reminder script with the customer's name, your business name and the amount due. If the call cannot be placed, a final WhatsApp reminder is sent instead.

Connect your own account (Admin)#
- Tick Use my own Retell account.
- Enter your API key (
key_…). - Enter the From number — the Retell number that will call customers (
+91…). - Optionally enter an Agent ID.
- Save. You see AI calling settings saved.
Managers see the settings read-only: Only an admin can change these credentials.
When the shared account's monthly limit is used up, calls are refused with Monthly limit reached on the shared calling account (50). Connect your own Retell account in AI Calls for unlimited calls.
📝 Call scripts#
What the agent says. Click a variable to insert it — values are filled in per call. Variables: {customer_name}, {business_name}, {amount}, {offer_text}.

Each script shows a live Preview with sample values. Save to use your version; Reset to default restores the original. Scripts must be at least 10 characters.
📞 Test call#
Rings a number you choose using sample values, so no customer is contacted. Test calls are logged separately and never count towards your monthly limit.
- Enter the Number to call (for example your own mobile).
- Choose the Script.
- Place the call. The result shows whether it was Placed via Retell AI or Simulated, the outcome, and the exact words spoken.
On the shared account, test calls are limited to 10 a month.
☎️ Call log#
Every call — Date, Customer (or — test —), Script, Outcome, Response, Duration. Calls marked Simulated were not placed because no Retell account was configured. Empty state: No calls yet.
Error messages#
