Recycle bin
Open the Recycle bin from Settings to restore deleted customers, products and suppliers, or delete them permanently when nothing depends on them.
Settings → 🗑️ Recycle bin shows how many deleted items are waiting and links to the bin with Open recycle bin → (/app/trash).
The bin — Deleted customers, products and suppliers stay here so you can restore them. Financial records (invoices, payments) are never permanently removed. — lists each item's Type, Name, Details, Deleted date and Actions, with counts per type.

If a restore fails you see a Could not restore message; if a permanent delete is blocked you see Kept in trash — This item is linked to invoices or orders, so it can't be permanently deleted. It stays safely archived.
Managers can view the bin but not restore or delete from it.
