Invoice template designer
Customise the Modern, Classic and Minimal invoice designs — accent colour, font and terms & conditions — and choose which one invoices use.
Settings → 🎨 Invoice template designer — Customise the accent colour, font, logo and terms of each design — live on the next PDF. Owner or Admin.
The templates#
Every workspace has three designs: Modern, Classic and Minimal. Each card shows its accent colour, a font sample, its terms and a Default badge on the one in use.
Choose the default in Invoicing settings → Default template.
Edit a design#
- Click Edit design on a template.
- Accent colour — pick the colour for headings and lines (default
#1B2A6B). - Font — Helvetica, Inter, Georgia, Times New Roman or Courier New.
- Terms & Conditions (printed on every invoice) — for example exchange and return terms.
- Click Save design (or Cancel).
The next GST invoice PDF you download uses the new design — including for old invoices.
