How the app is organised
A map of the business app — the sidebar, the header, the mobile tab bar, and which parts need which access level.
The business app lives at /app. Once you sign in you see the same layout on every screen: a sidebar (or a bottom tab bar on phones), a header with quick actions, and the page itself.
The sidebar#
On desktop and tablet the sidebar sits on the left (on the right when the interface is in Urdu or Kashmiri). Click the arrow beside the logo to collapse it to an icon rail; the app remembers your choice. On the POS screen the sidebar always opens collapsed so the product grid and cart have room — expand it if you need to, and it goes back to your saved preference when you leave the till.
The sidebar lists these sections, in this order. The Minimum role column is the lowest role that can see the item; anything above it is hidden from lower roles and returns Access restricted if opened by URL. See Roles.

An admin can further hide any section for a specific member with the per-module access matrix. A hidden section disappears from that member's sidebar entirely. See Module access matrix.
The header#
From left to right:
- Menu button (phones and tablets only) — opens the full sidebar as a drawer.
- + New sale — jumps straight to POS. Shown on screens wider than a phone.
- Notification bell — announcements and alerts from the platform. See Notifications & announcements.
- Profile menu (your initial in a circle) — quick links to Dashboard, Billing, WhatsApp, Reports and Settings; the Appearance switch (Light / Dark); the Language selector (English, Hindi, Urdu, Kashmiri); and Sign out.
An amber billing banner ("Payment failed" or "Your subscription has expired") appears above the page when a renewal has failed or the subscription has lapsed. See Grace period & past due.
On a phone#
Below the tablet breakpoint the sidebar is replaced by a bottom tab bar with Home, POS (Manager and above), Stock, Customers and More. "More" opens the full menu as a drawer, including Help & Docs and Sign out.
The app is designed to be installed on the home screen as a PWA so it opens full-screen like a native app. See Install as an app (PWA).
Right-to-left languages#
Choosing Urdu or Kashmiri flips the whole layout to right-to-left: the sidebar moves to the right, and text, tables and forms mirror accordingly. See Language & display.
