Pricing questions
Both — it’s your choice. Growth is ₹349 a month or ₹3,499 a year; Professional is ₹599 a month or ₹5,999 a year. Switch anytime; your data always comes along.
No — prices are shown exclusive of GST, and 18% GST is added at checkout. Growth works out to ₹4,128.82 a year (₹411.82 a month) and Professional to ₹7,078.82 a year (₹706.82 a month). You get a GST invoice for every payment.
Professional and Enterprise. Growth covers POS, GST invoices, stock, customers, suppliers, WhatsApp and the rest of the app, but not Social Media (Facebook and Instagram posting and inbox) or AI payment-reminder calls — on Growth the udhaar recovery ladder sends a firm WhatsApp instead of a call. Upgrade any time and both unlock straight away.
Those run on your own provider accounts. You connect your own WhatsApp Business, AI-calling and payment-gateway credentials inside the app, and you pay those providers directly for usage — so you’re never marked up and never capped by us.
For third-party services that bill per use — WhatsApp, AI calling and payment gateways — yes, you add your own credentials (this keeps those costs transparent and in your control). Everything built into Kapda Stock itself is included in your plan, except Social Media and AI Calls, which come with Professional and Enterprise. See our Terms of Service for details.

You get a 7-day grace period with full access and a gentle warning. After that, access pauses until you renew — your data stays safe the whole time and nothing is ever deleted.
