Pricing questions
Both — it’s your choice. Monthly and yearly work out to the same rate (yearly is simply 12 months up front). Switch anytime; your data always comes along.
A one-time Cloud onboarding charge added to your first payment — it covers provisioning your isolated workspace and getting you live. It’s ₹999 on Growth and ₹1,299 on Professional; Free has no setup fee. Charged once, never again.
Those run on your own provider accounts. You connect your own WhatsApp Business, AI-calling and payment-gateway credentials inside the app, and you pay those providers directly for usage — so you’re never marked up and never capped by us.
For third-party services that bill per use — WhatsApp, AI calling and payment gateways — yes, you add your own credentials (this keeps those costs transparent and in your control). Everything built into Kapda Stock itself is included in your plan. See our Terms of Service for details.

You get a 7-day grace period with full access and a gentle warning. After that, access pauses until you renew — your data stays safe the whole time and nothing is ever deleted. The Free plan never expires.
