Why we built Kapda Stock
Walk into any textile shop from Srinagar to Surat and you'll find the same things: a khata book full of udhaar, a desktop billing tool from 2009, stock counted from memory, and GST filings assembled in panic at month-end.
These are thriving businesses run by sharp people — held back by software that was never built for them. Tools made for generic retail don't understand fabric sold by the metre, sarees with colour variants, festival-season credit, or a customer who pays half now and half after Eid.
So we built the platform we wished our own families' shops had: modern, multilingual, WhatsApp-native and honest about pricing. One subscription, every feature, your data fully isolated and always yours.
