Plan limit errors
What "Plan limit reached" means for team members, products and invoices, how usage is counted, and the quickest ways to get back under the limit or upgrade.
When your business reaches one of its plan's three limits, adding more is refused with a message such as:
Plan limit reached: your Growth plan allows 500 products. Upgrade to Professional.
Nothing existing is affected — you just cannot add more of that one thing.
Limits by plan#
| Limit | Growth | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team members | 3 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Products | 500 | 10,000 | Unlimited |
| Invoices per month | 3,000 | 5,000 | Unlimited |
Team members#
Counted: active members on Team & Access, including the Owner.
To make room: remove members who have left (Remove access); removed members no longer count. Or upgrade.
Products#
Counted: every product not in the Recycle bin. Each product counts once however many variants it has.
To make room: delete discontinued products (an Admin can do this from Inventory — they move to the Recycle bin and stop counting). Or upgrade.
During bulk import, rows beyond the limit are skipped with Plan limit reached (N products) — upgrade to import more.
Invoices per month#
Counted: invoices created in the current calendar month (IST), including drafts converted from quotations and orders. Proformas and deleted invoices do not count. The count resets at midnight IST on the 1st.
Where it blocks: POS checkout — including offline sales when they sync.
To keep billing: upgrade. If the month is nearly over, the count resets on the 1st.
Upgrade#
Owner or Admin: Billing → Change plan. An upgrade takes effect immediately after a prorated payment, so the new limits apply straight away. See Upgrade & downgrade.
Professional is the highest self-serve plan. If you need more, contact sales about Enterprise.
Not limited#
WhatsApp messages, customers, suppliers, quotations, orders and reports have no plan limit. See Plans & limits.
