Reorder
What is out of stock, what is below its minimum, and how much of each product to reorder based on sales velocity and your lead time.

Lead time#
Set the lead time in days (1–60, default 7) — how long a supplier usually takes to deliver. Suggestions recalculate as you change it.
Tiles#
| Tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Out of stock | Variants with zero stock |
| Below minimum | Variants at or below their Min stock |
| To reorder | Variants with a reorder suggestion |
Charts and tables#
- Top reorder quantities — the biggest suggested orders.
- Below minimum stock — Product, Stock, Min, Short by.
- Reorder suggestions (sales velocity) — Product, Stock, Sold/day, Order.
How suggestions are calculated#
Order = (lead time × average units sold per day over the last 30 days) − current stock, rounded up; only positive results are listed. Full explanation and an example: Low stock & reorder.
Empty state: Nothing to reorder — stock levels look healthy. 🎉
