Returns
Returned goods in a period — number of returns, value, return rate against sales, trend by day and the most-returned products.
Returns & Refunds — Returned goods, refund value and return rate — at /app/reports/returns.
Tiles#

| Returns | Number of sale returns in the period |
| Refunded | Total value of those returns |
| Return rate | Refunded ÷ sales in the period — of period sales |
Charts and table#
- Refund value by day — the trend.
- Most-returned products — Product, Qty returned, Refund value.
Notes#
- Refunded is the value of the returns (their credit notes), whether you gave cash back or reduced the customer's balance.
- A product that keeps coming back points to a quality, sizing or colour-match problem — check with the supplier.
