Dashboard
The home screen at a glance — today's sales, period sales and purchases, outstanding credit, low stock, the sales trend, payment methods, recent invoices and top credit customers.
The Dashboard (/app) is the first screen after sign-in. It greets you and summarises how the business is doing — Here's how your business is doing — this month.
Everyone can open the Dashboard. The period selector and charts are shown to Owner, Admin and Manager; Cashier and Salesman see a simpler view.
Choose the period#
Use the date-range selector at the top right:

| Custom range | Pick From date and To date; the From date must not be after the To date |
The tiles#
Each tile opens the screen behind it.

| Low stock items | Number of products with a variant at or below its minimum stock — Reorder suggested or All above reorder level | Reorder report |
Sales figures exclude drafts and proforma invoices. See GST basics.
Charts and lists#
- Sales — period — a trend chart (daily, or monthly for This year) with a Full reports → link.
- Payment methods — how the period's payments split across cash, UPI, card and others.
- Recent invoices — the latest bills, linking to Invoices. Empty state: No sales yet — ring up your first sale in the POS.
- Top credit customers — who owes you the most, linking to Customers. Empty state: No outstanding balances. 🎉
